Erk, been a while; currently in a sabbatical from anything 3D to finish up an almost 1-year-old commission...

Two batches of 1/4800 ships painted   Shocked Starting with the Italian heavy cruisers in 1941-1943 camouflage
(L-R: Trieste, Trento, Zara, Fiume, Gorizia, Pola, Bolzano)

Next are some US New Orleans-class CAs, the 3 at the left are Vincennes, Quincy and Tuscaloosa in their approximate Ms12(mod) camo and the rest in generic Ms21

If I was to redo my fleet I think they would be in the smaller scale.  You could have the whole battle of Midway right on your kitchen table.

Very nice work Matt.   PDT_Piratz_27

I have enough trouble painting 1/1800s with my eyes and hands.  Amazing work Matt!

Thanks fellas!  Very Happy
(Erk, to high of an angle, can't really see much of the camo... at least some could be seen of the Bolzano; right-most of the italian CA pics)
